4. Software Data & Storage Guidelines

Our local-run applications store configuration preferences directly in your browser. For our paid and subscription software, license status and account preferences are synchronized securely with our authorization servers to ensure valid access parameters. Jugaad Media does not maintain cloud backups for local database items and is not liable for data loss from browser cache resets.

5. License Limitations and Code Modifications

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to utilize our browser extensions in accordance with these Terms. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of proprietary components of our software unless explicitly permitted by open-source licenses. Telemetry and licensing trackers integrated in paid extensions are used exclusively for verification and performance enhancement.
